Application Process

 

There are two types of students attending Winston College, local students and international students. Local students are Canadian citizens or landed immigrants and international students are citizens from countries outside of Canada. The application process is similar for both categories with the exception of the VISA process for the international students. As a result, the fees for an international student are higher than that of a local student to cover the extra cost of the VISA process.

Application Process:

  1. Proof of High School Graduation or equivalent or Age 19 and over
  2. Download or apply online Include with your application:
    • 2 Passport Photos
    • Certified Copies of your Transcripts
    • A non-refundable application fee [local student: CDN$100, international students: CDN$150]

  3. Tuition Fee:Tuition Fee:A 50% Deposit of the Total Tuition Fees will be due payable upon the College’s Notice of Approval of your Application, the balance of the Tuition Fees are to be paid in full before the first day of class.   4. (International Students only)
    Official Letter of Acceptance will then be issued to you after your Payment of Deposit. (Regulations & procedures vary from one country to another; you are advised to allow sufficient time for the Canadian Embassy or Immigration Office serving your area to process your application for a Student Visa.
